These terms cover the Double Prime storefront at https://doubleprime.pro. By signing in or requesting a Quote, you accept them.

The storefront

Double Prime quotes an electronic Sworn Translation in Spain. A Sworn Translator (traductor-intérprete jurado) is appointed by Spain's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. We are the storefront: we take the pair and the Source Document, measure, and show a firm Quote. The measurement and the Sworn Translation itself are produced outside this site.

Sign-in

There is no Quote without a Google sign-in. The first successful Google sign-in creates a Customer. A later sign-in with the same Google account is the same Customer. We do not offer a password or a second identity provider.

Offered Language Pair and Act

You choose both ends of an Offered Language Pair from the pairs we list. You submit one file. In this version that file is one Act: we do not split or merge Acts.

Quote

A Quote is the firm price and turnaround taken from the Measured Word Count and the pair's rate. If measurement fails or confidence is low, there is no Quote and you may submit again. A Quote on this site is not yet a paid Order. Payment and Delivery are not offered on these pages yet.

Your Source Document

You warrant that you may submit the file and that we may send it to a measurement processor. Do not submit a file you are not allowed to share.

Acceptable use

Do not probe the storefront, impersonate another person, or submit malware. We may refuse a Quote or close a session if we believe the storefront is being abused.

No legal advice

Double Prime does not give legal advice. A Quote is a price and a turnaround for a Sworn Translation, not an opinion on the Act.

Liability

The storefront is provided as it stands. To the extent Spanish law allows, we are not liable for an indirect loss from using the site or from a missing Quote. Nothing here limits liability that Spanish law does not let us limit.
